Sam Wilson, Founder
Sam’s weekly podcast, How to Scale Commercial Real Estate, is rated in the top 1% world-wide, has 40K+ monthly downloads, and boasts nearly 800 episodes with industry influencers. He’s been an active investor for more than a decade in self storage, parking, multi-family properties/apartments, single family homes, RV Resorts and laundry facilities. Sam also has a diverse background in business ownership and management, allowing him to participate in a variety of asset classes. His focus now is solely in the laundry facility space for his personal and investors’ portfolios. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Memphis and holds a real estate license in Tennessee. Sam is married with 3 children and resides in Memphis, TN.
Rush B., Advisor
Rush Bricken brings an extensive business and banking experience to our group of advisors. Rush has been a CPA for over 40 years and the CEO and board member of a local bank for the past ten years. Throughout his career he has been focused on helping businesses grow by using the tools of accounting and banking. Rush’s primary responsibilities at Bricken Capital are strategic planning and business consulting.
Rush graduated from Auburn University top of this accounting class and completed his MBA from Vanderbilt Owen School of Management with honors.
He has been active in Tennessee politics since 1988 and is currently a TN State Representative. During his free time, he enjoys swimming, hiking, reading, and traveling with his wife, children, and grandchildren
